02 Identity and Address Proof:

Aadhar card, passport, or voter ID of the applicant. Address proof of the business (utility bill, rent agreement, or property tax receipt).

03 Contact Details:

Valid mobile number and email address.

04 Bank Details:

Bank account statement or cancelled cheque for verification purposes.

05 Additional Information:

Nature of payments made and expected transactions requiring TDS.
